Counselling 

People come to counselling for many different reasons.

You might be at a crossroads in your life, considering change, or feeling stuck. You may be struggling with your mental health, feeling overwhelmed by something happening now, or something from the past that’s resurfacing; whatever you're facing, counselling could be helpful.

Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to process your thoughts and feelings, helping you gain clarity and understanding about what maybe going on for you, it’s a space where you can begin to take steps, however small or big they maybe, towards the person you want to be.

Having this time to reflect can help you:

  • Gain a new perspective

  • Build greater self-awareness

  • Connect more deeply with your thoughts and emotions

  • Make meaningful changes

  • Move toward becoming the person you want to be

You don’t have to go through it alone, counselling is a journey and I’m here to walk alongside you.

I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions.
 

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you explore whether counselling is right for you.

This initial contact gives us the opportunity to:

  • Talk about what’s bringing you to counselling

  • Discuss your goals and expectations

  • Explore what support can be offered to help you achieve those goals

  • To see if we feel like a good fit to work together

There’s no pressure or obligation, just a chance to connect and begin a conversation.

Session types

I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions.

At initial contact I offer 20 minute free consultation phone appointment to explore what might be going on for you as well as whether we maybe able to work together.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes at £45.00 per session (I offer reduced rates dependent on circumstances, to be discussed at initial contact)
